Help & support
Nuclear Dandelion is the home base for our Burning Man theme camp — a web portal and companion app for members to handle dues, logistics, rides, shifts, photos, and staying in touch. Here's how to get help.
Contact us
The fastest way to reach a human is email. We read every message and typically reply within 24 hours.
Report content or a member
In the app, use the report or block action on any message, post, or profile to flag it. Reports go to camp organizers for review.
You can escalate anything — or report on behalf of someone who can’t — by emailing support@mynucleardandelion.com. We act on reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior promptly, usually within 24 hours, and may remove content or accounts that break our Terms of Use.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app: open Profile → Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your profile and the camp content tied to it.
You can also clear specific histories on their own — for example your chat or your on-device journal. If you’d prefer we do it for you, email support@mynucleardandelion.comfrom your account’s email address.
Privacy & terms

Frequently asked
I can't sign in.
Use the same email you applied or registered with, and try the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to reset it. If you still can't get in, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I install the app?
The Nuclear Dandelions app is distributed privately to camp members. You'll receive an invite link — open it on your iPhone and follow the prompts to install through TestFlight or the App Store. If your invite expired, ask an organizer or email support for a fresh link.
Do I need the app, or can I use the website?
Both work. The web portal covers dues, registration, and camp logistics in any browser; the mobile app adds on-playa tools like chat, statuses, and offline access. Your account is the same across both.
Something looks wrong or is missing.
